We are continuing to monitor the current situation regarding coronavirus (COVID-19). At Siegen Lane Animal Clinic, we are committed to protecting the health, safety, and well-being of our clients, patients and employees. At this time, Siegen Lane Animal Clinic has decided to limit clinic access, but will remain open for normal business hours. We will be offering curbside appointments, drop offs and food/medication pickups.

Upon arrival to Siegen Lane Animal Clinic, call our office to let us know you have arrived, 225-769-4892 and a technician will discuss your appointment over the phone, come to your vehicle and take your pet to be seen by a doctor.

For a curbside appointment, we ask for you to wait in your car while appointments are conducted by a veterinarian. After your pet is seen by the doctor, you will receive a call to discuss exam findings. The technician will return your pet and payment will be taken at that time.

For drop offs, please call our office when you arrive. A technician will discuss your drop-off instructions and come to your vehicle to get your pet. We will call you when your pet is ready to go home.

Please, call ahead to refill any of your pet’s prescriptions so that we can have them ready for pick-up. Again, call when you arrive and someone will bring food/medication to your car and collect payment at that time or over the phone prior to pick up.

In the case of an emergency, please knock on the door and we can take your pet immediately.

We look forward to the day when we can return to “business as usual”, but for now hope that by taking seemingly drastic measures, we are able to continue functioning to preserve public health and keep everyone feeling good!
